Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
I feel like this week’s prompt is going to be detrimental to my well being.
Not to be dramatic or anything.
It’s just that, when I have a book hangover, it hits me HARD. Reliving all of these hangovers is going to be brutal!
These are in order of most recently read.
#1 Credence by Penelope Douglas
I just finished this book last week for Contemporaryathon and I’m not OK. I knew I was either going to be appalled by it or love it… and I loved it. I. Need. More.
Goodreads
#2 Behind the Bars (Music Street #1) by Brittainy C. Cherry
I had such a great reading week for Contemporaryathon because this was another book I read and I need more books with this type of sweet, swoony, passionate hero!
Goodreads
#3 A Quiet Kind of Thunder by Sara Barnard
This was such a great YA and it was everything I wanted from it when I read the synopsis originally. I want all of the YA novels I read to live up to this one!
Goodreads
#4 A Heart So Fierce and Broken (Cursebreakers #2) by Brigid Kemmerer
I have no idea how I’m going to wait for the next book in the series!
Goodreads
#5 The Gravity of Us (Elements #4) by Brittainy C. Cherry
I need more of this type of grumpy hero in my life. This was my first Brittainy C Cherry and I’ll never be the same again.
Goodreads
#6 Marriage for One by Ella Maise
This is the first non-Mariana Zapata slow burn chunky romance that hit the spot for me.
Goodreads
#7 The Simple Wild (The Simple Wild #1) by K.A. Tucker
I haven’t read anything quite like this book since I read it a few months ago. I don’t know if it was just the romance or the combination of the Alaska setting and the love story, but I’m so excited that the next book is coming out soon!
Goodreads
#8 Infini (Aerial Ethereal #2) by Krista Ritchie & Becca Ritchie
This was such a fantastic forbidden romance full of all the longing that I love. I had to reread it almost immediately after reading it the first time.
Goodreads
#9 Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover
This book hit me like a freight train. I’d been putting it off for a long time, then I finally picked it up and it swept me away as Colleen Hoover’s best books do.
Goodreads
#10 Finale (Caraval #3) by Stephanie Garber
This was the finale I’ve always wanted in any series and I finally got it.

It sounds delish! I have had the mother of all slumps since December. It’s been awful but I think my mojo is returning so soon, very soon I shall read!

I’m so glad you enjoyed AHSFAB! I’ve seen mixed reviews and I just purchased book 1&2! Ugly love is so good by Hoover, I have one by her on my list too! Finale is on my soon to read list!

I can see why some people didn’t like AHSFAB, there were a lot of differences between that one and the first book, but I loved it!

Okay, good to know! I haven’t read any reviews because I want to go into the two books without any influences!
