An impossible truth. An impossible love.

She throws herself into her schoolwork, her perfume-making, and her friendship with Ben, her cute and funny lab partner, who just might be her ticket to getting over Caspian once and for all.

But Abbey can never get over Caspian, and Caspian has no choice but to return to her side, for Caspian is a Shade, and Abbey is his destiny. They are tied not only to each other, but also to the town of Sleepy Hollow, and to the famous legend that binds their fates–a legend whose dark truths they are only beginning to guess….

Review

The few butterflies that I got had wings made of sugar and everything sweet.

This book had some really amazing dialogue in it! I absolutely loved the conversations between Abbey and Caspian because they were so sweet and flirty.

Abbey and Caspian have such an amazing romance and I can’t wait to see what will happen in the next book that is sadly the last one in the series.

This book ended on a slight cliff hanger and I am seriously dying to get to the next book! I am already contemplating what book I should read after the last book in this series because I already know I am going to finish it super quickly like I did these last two books.

I just love Caspian and I’m so glad there was so much of him in this book where I really got to see exactly how good of a book boyfriend he is. He is just so sweet, mysterious, and gorgeously swoon worthy at the same time!
