I had to do it, you guys. I jumped on the TBR Cart bandwagon.
If you don’t know what a TBR cart is, it’s a new trend in the bookish community where readers are buying these adorable rolling carts and using them to store their high priority TBR books.
As an owner of *literally* SIX giant shelves full of TBR books, this cart is perfect for me. I am able to pick out my TBR ASAP books that I own, pop them on the shelf, and visit them when I’m stuck on what to read next.
I think the best part of it all is being able to reorganize it and add/replace books regularly. And if you’re me, that means every other day you’re exchanging books.
Check out my video for a visual tour, otherwise, hang out here and I’ll walk you through it:
The top two shelves on my cart are reserved specifically for my high-priority TBR books or TBR ASAP books. There is no real distinction between the first and second shelves, only that the taller books are on the top because they don’t fit underneath and they can be hard to get out if the book is too tall.
The bottom shelf is used for library books so that we can keep the separate from the rest of our books.
Here are all the books on the top two shelves of my TBR cart:

I only just recently found out about them a couple months ago and I immediately went out and got one. It’s so worth it! This is the one I got: https://www.michaels.com/rose-gold-lexington-3-tier-rolling-cart-by-recollections/10503537.html
I’m kind of obsessed with the gray one, too!

Ohhh that’s so cute. I’ve seen this around at my bookish friends’ houses but didn’t consider one for myself… (I kinda don’t need one; I have a shelf devoted to TBR books and a cart would just take up more space for my addiction 😀 ) But I love your system!!

My friends always joke with me that it’s entirely unnecessary and my response is always, “but… it’s so cute!” Honestly, though, once I started using it I realized how useful it was for me. But, honestly, just having a single shelf makes a lot of sense, too!
