Hey, friends! Things are a little crazy around here and although I’m dying to dig into the Reader’s Copy of A Bargain in Silver I’m reading right now (it’s at a REALLY good part and taking all my willpower not to ditch life and read it), I thought I’d stop by the blog to tell you about some things I’ve obsessing over this month.
Here’s my super random round-up of things I’ve been living for this month:
None of these are affiliate links because I’m too lazy to create them. LOL.
Jergens Wet Skin Body Moisturizer
I’m kind of obsessed with having soft skin, but I hate using my favorite lotion all over my body because I go through it so much faster and I can only find it online! (It also gets really freaking expensive.) I recently found out that In-Shower Moisturizer was a thing and it is PERFECT. Basically, you put this all over your body right after your shower, before you dry off. What’s great about it is that a little bit goes a long way because it mixes with the water left on your body. My skin has been loving it!
Clarisonic Mia 2 Cleansing System
I’ve been eyeing the Clarisonic system for awhile, but couldn’t bring myself to spend so much money on it. Then, I saw that it was on sale on QVC and decided to bite the bullet. I’m so glad I did. My pores have gotten visibly smaller and my skin feels so much softer on my face!
Knot-ems Headbands
I’ve been obsessed with these headbands for a couple of years now and I cannot find anything like them in stores. What I love is that they comfortably fit over my ears and don’t slide easily off my head like most. I can throw my hair up into a quick messy bun and put one of these headbands on to hide all the annoying baby hairs. It makes me look way more put together than I actually am LOL! It’s cute because they make mommy and me headbands, so if you have kids you can match! I always get the L4 (the biggest size). She is constantly adding new fun fabrics!
The Greatest Showman
I think I’ve mentioned this in, like, every blog post I’ve made since seeing the movie, but it’s worth mentioning again. I’m obsessed with this movie and the soundtrack. I cannot get enough. It’s to the point where my children have heard the soundtrack so much, I caught my 3 year old playing with legos and singing Never Again in the playroom.
Panic! At the Disco’s Cover of Movin’ Out
I am obsessed with Panic! at the Disco. There. I said it. Anyway, Brendon is such a talented mother effer and his cover of Billy Joel’s Movin’ Out is so on point I die every time I listen to it. I grew up listening to Billy Joel, so hearing Brendon’s take on it was like the perfect combo for me!
Salted Caramel Macarons from Le Macaron
Me and my friend Joe feasting on macarons this past Saturday!
These stupid macarons are so ridiculously expensive, but gosh darn it if I don’t buy at least two every time I am at the mall. Seriously, if you want to try the most glorious dessert, find your nearest Le Macaron and grab a salted caramel one!
😂😂😂 I can just imagine a kid humming “Never Enough” while playing Legos 😂😂😂
Also, Storiarts sell bookish headbands like those, we got one last year from Owlcrate, I believe they sell them for $14 a piece 🙂

I’ve never tried the in-shower moisturizer, but I’ve been meaning to. You’ve inspired me to add it to my shopping list! ❤️

Same! I’d see it in the store and consider it, but I finally decided to go for it and I’m glad I did!

Lush has this in-shower moisturizer that smells amazing (it’s called Ro’s Argan or something and it smells like roses). It’s kinda pricey, but I highly recommend it if you want to treat your skin!
